Job summary

Linergy Power Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Project Engineer to manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and monitor progress.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least one year of project management or NPI experience, with a preference for exposure to energy, battery, automotive, electronics, or advanced manufacturing industries, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required or equivalent.
1+ year of experience in project management, project engineering, NPI, or a related role.
Experience in the new energy, battery, automotive, electronics, or advanced manufacturing industry is a plus.
Familiarity with PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies is preferred.
Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or SAP PM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans with milestones, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
Monitor progress and coordinate corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Identify and manage risks, changes, and resource impacts across projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and others.
Organize and chair regular project meetings and communicate status to management.
