Job summary

Hotel Seri Malaysia Signature in Penang seeks an experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily hotel operations and drive guest satisfaction, revenue, and cost control. You will manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B, ensuring SOPs and standards are followed while coaching department heads and staff.

The role requires strong leadership, 5 years of hotel operations experience, and at least 2–3 years in a senior management position.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of hotel operations experience.
At least 2–3 years in a Hotel Manager or senior hotel leadership role.
Strong leadership and staff management skills.
Good understanding of hotel revenue, cost control and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B.
Ensure SOPs and company standards are followed consistently.
Monitor occupancy, room rates, RevPAR and overall profitability.
Lead staff management, scheduling and training.
Manage budget, manpower costs, and procurement.
Address guest complaints professionally and protect the hotel’s reputation.
Maintain property condition and safety compliance.
Prepare regular operational and performance reports for Group Management.
