Job summary

The IT Manager at Private Advertiser will lead the company’s IT infrastructure, ERP rollout, and cybersecurity, ensuring system readiness and operational continuity across factory, office, and warehouses. You will drive digitalisation, manage projects, and partner with vendors.

This hands-on role requires independent problem solving, strategic planning, and the ability to balance day-to-day IT operations with long-term IT roadmap development for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• At least 5 years IT experience, with minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure management and ensure uptime.
• Manage ERP implementation and integration.
• Provide hands-on IT support for hardware, software, CCTV, and networking.
• Develop cybersecurity policies and ensure data protection.
• Plan IT budget and roadmap for factory expansion.
• Lead IT projects for office/factory setups.
