Job summary

KAFE CHAM CHAM PLT is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to join our cafe team. You will work on the floor alongside the team, making drinks, preparing food, and serving customers, while taking ownership of the store's back-end operations.

You will lead by example, schedule weekly rosters, manage stock counts, and handle cash deposits. A proactive, reliable, and organized mindset is essential to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B or retail; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Willing to train the right attitude.
• Strong leadership and hands-on approach.
• Organized and numerate; comfortable with scheduling, stock counts, and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work on the cafe floor: making drinks, preparing food, and serving customers.
• Plan and manage the weekly staff schedule for full coverage.
• Conduct weekly stock counts and submit reports to HQ.
• Perform weekly cash deposit via CDM.
