JVT SUSHI YA SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Halal Intern to join our team immediately. The role provides hands-on experience with halal documentation, certification processes, and compliance monitoring within the food and beverage sector.

You will support daily administrative tasks and ensure proper records are maintained. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in Halal Management or related fields, you should be detail-oriented, proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, and able

Qualificações

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Halal Management, Food Technology, Food Science, Islamic Studies, or a related field.
• Available to start immediately or as soon as possible.
• Able to commit to the required internship period.
• Basic knowledge of halal certification and compliance is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing, updating, and organising halal-related documents and certification records.
• Support halal certification applications, renewals, and the collection of supporting documents.
• Assist in checking the halal status of raw materials, ingredients, and suppliers.
• Maintain halal documentation and approved supplier records for reference and audit purposes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain relevant documents and follow up on halal compliance matters.
• Assist in preparing reports, checklists, and documentation for halal audits and inspections.
• Support halal awareness activities, staff training, and updates to halal-related SOPs.
• Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
