Job summary

Hyatt Regency Kinabalu invites a Team Leader – Housekeeping to supervise daily guestroom cleaning operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, comfort and presentation in line with Hyatt’s brand standards.

You will lead by example, uphold hygiene and safety protocols, and support delivering a seamless, caring guest experience in every room. Strong supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
• Detail-oriented, guest-focused and able to lead under pressure.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping with supervisory exposure is preferred.
• Working knowledge of housekeeping systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; formal training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the guestroom cleaning team to ensure exceptional cleanliness, comfort and presentation per Hyatt brand standards.
• Lead by example and uphold hygiene and safety protocols across the team.
• Support the delivery of a seamless and caring guest experience in every room.
