Job summary

UEM Sunrise Berhad is inviting applications for a Guest Services Officer role at its Iskandar Puteri sports centre. You will greet members, manage lobby communications, handle reservations for courts and programs, and assist both guests and staff with service requests.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma in customer service/hospitality management, with at least 1 year of experience in hospitality settings and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Customer Service Management, Hospitality & Tourism Management or Event Management.
• Minimum of one year in a resort, club or hospitality industry setting.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests visiting the sports centre.
• Answer calls and forward or take messages; manage voicemail.
• Take reservations for courts and programs; operate POS system and process payments.
• Maintain lobby messages, schedules, and lost-and-found program.
• Update membership records and assist sales/events teams as needed.
