Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service crew preferred.
• Able to follow health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints or requests and elevate issues to the supervisor if necessary.
