Job summary

VTAS MANAGEMENT SDN BHD is seeking a Service Crew to deliver friendly, efficient customer service in our Kuching outlet. You will take orders, handle payments, serve food and beverages, and maintain outlet cleanliness and presentation.

Join a team that follows SOPs and safety standards, supports colleagues during busy periods, and participates in training sessions and briefings. Training provided; shift work required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Friendly and hardworking.
• Responsible and disciplined.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• F&B experience is an advantage.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to Company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Ensure proper food presentation and service quality.
• Follow Company SOPs, rules and safety standards.
• Support team members during daily and peak-hour operations.
• Attend training and staff briefings.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
