Job summary

QFC KITCHEN SDN. BHD. is hiring a Service Crew to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and support daily outlet operations. You will handle orders, serve food and beverages, assist with cashier duties, and help maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

Ideal candidates are able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate well with customers and colleagues, and follow SOPs. Fresh graduates may apply; weekends and public holidays rosters may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent. Fresh graduates may be considered.
• Previous F&B, retail or customer-service experience is an advantage.
• Able to communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions and SOPs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Willing to work according to roster including weekends and public holidays.
• Must comply with food-handler, typhoid vaccination and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, polite and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and confirm orders when necessary.
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
• Handle customer enquiries and requests; refer complaints as needed.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Follow proper handwashing and food-handling practices.
• Assist with cleaning and general outlet duties as directed.
• Operate the POS/cashier system and handle payments as trained.
