Initia Group - Malaysia is seeking enthusiastic Service Crew to join our vibrant F&B team. You will assist with serving food and beverages, take orders, greet guests, and support front-of-house tasks during peak hours.

Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome. A friendly, engaging, customer-oriented personality, good communication, and the ability to stand for long hours are essential. Weekend and public holiday rosters apply.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain cleanliness.
• Handle POS transactions and manage customer payments as needed.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow.
• Occasionally assist with welcoming guests and basic FOH duties (e.g. hosting or queue management).
• Provide general support to outlet operations and uphold brand standards.
