Job summary

7Stonez Holidays Sdn.Bhd is seeking a Reservation/Guest Service Assistant to join our Genting Highlands team. The role focuses on managing reservations, guest inquiries, and daily operations to ensure smooth check-in/out and guest satisfaction.

Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year in reservations, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Shifts and 6 working days per week are required; hostel accommodation at Genting Permai will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 1 year minimum experience in reservation/guest service assistant.
• Past hotel/Accommodation/Short stay/Homestay experience is an advantage.
• Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be able to work in shifts and 6 days a week (off on weekdays).
• Must stay & work in Genting Permai (hostel provided).

Responsibilities

• Knowledge in OTA platforms (Booking.com and Agoda.com) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Google Applications, OTA Extranets and Hotel PMS.
• Handle check-in/check-out, reservation requests, changes and cancellations with courteous service.
• Produce and check daily reports and confirm reservations.
• Assist in daily auditing of sales and operation transactions.
• Manage reservations via WhatsApp, email, telephone and other channels.
• Provide guest service through WhatsApp, phone and written communication.
• Handle other operational tasks as needed.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks from supervisor/HOD.

• 1) Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 2) MUST have minimum 1 year working experience as reservation/guest service assistant
• 3) Past working experience in Hotel industry/ Accommodation / Short stay/Homestay is advantage.

• 5) Assist on daily auditing of sales and operation transactions.
• 6) Reservation through various networking such as via WhatApps, e-mail, telephone and handle all guests inquiries and matters.
• 7) Provide guest service through Whatsapp, Phone Call & any written communication.
