Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, emails and guest enquiries.
• Process room reservations and payments.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure rooms are ready.
• Resolve guest requests and complaints promptly.
• Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel management system.
• Ensure the front desk and lobby are clean and presentable.
• Welcome and serve guests in a courteous manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks according to company standards.
• Prepare tables before service and clear tables after guests leave.
• Ensure the dining area is clean and organised.
• Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow food hygiene and safety standards.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas.
• Change bed linens, towels and replenish room amenities.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items.
• Ensure rooms meet hotel cleanliness standards before guest arrival.
• Handle lost and found items according to company procedures.
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
