Ormond Hotels Group is seeking a guest-focused individual to manage front desk responsibilities and deliver exceptional hospitality. You will engage with guests, handle check-in/out processes, and support the Night Team in delivering high-quality experiences.

The ideal candidate is personable, well-groomed, and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic hotel environment, with strong English communication and a knack for social media engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful, and responsive service to guests from arrival to departure.
• Ensure efficient reception experience including check-in/check-out and audit procedures.
• Keep management informed of guest feedback and relevant information from other departments.
• Demonstrate high level of customer service at all times.
• Assist with Night Team training and development as required.
• Know hotel room categories, rates, packages and promotions.
• Maximize occupancy and promote hotel services and facilities.
• Follow payment procedures for currencies, cards, and cash per policy.
• Comply with security, fire, and health & safety regulations.
• Follow policies when using front of house equipment and property management systems.
• Adhere to company brand standards and assist other departments.
