Job summary

Ormond Group is seeking a Guest Service Executive to deliver naturally friendly, helpful, and responsive service to our guests from arrival to departure. You will assist with check-in/out, upholding our brand standards and ensuring a positive reception experience.

You’ll be involved in upselling hotel services, maintaining knowledge of room categories and promotions, and coordinating with the Night Team to share guest feedback. A social-media savvy, organized team player is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, responsive guest service from arrival to departure.
• Assist with check-in/out and audit procedures as required.
• Loster a knowledge of hotel services, room categories, and promotions to upsell.
