Hilton is seeking a Front Office / Guest Service Agent in Shah Alam to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs and addressing inquiries during their stay.

You will greet guests, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys, and provide welcome materials while promoting hotel services and up-selling amenities to maximize revenue. Applicants should be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Previous experience in a guest service or front office role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and front office procedures.
• Excellent multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a warm welcome and complete the check-in process, verify details, assign rooms, and provide welcome materials.
• Process guest departures by verifying charges, handling payments, and issuing receipts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local information.
