Job summary

Ricebowl invites friendly hotel receptionist to join its front desk team at The Mines, Seri Kembangan. You will be the first contact for guests, handling check-ins, inquiries, and reservations.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, with additional languages a plus. Training provided, shifts include weekends and public holidays, career growth opportunities within the hotel group.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in hotel reception, customer service, retail, or hospitality is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest enquiries.
• Manage reservations and room availability.
• Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate guest records and daily reports.
• Ensure the front desk and lobby are clean, organized, and presentable.
