Job summary

Hilton is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to help create a warm, welcoming experience for our guests in Sabah. You will be responsible for keeping guest rooms impeccably clean and well-presented, while providing courteous service and responding promptly to guest requests.

The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently within set timeframes. English basics are required, and additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Housekeeping department.
• Prior housekeeping or room attendant experience is preferred.
• Must maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
• Courteous and professional when interacting with guests.
• Ability to complete tasks within set timeframes.
• Works well with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
• Available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Replenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed.
• Manage supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Manage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
