Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly, professional team member to join our premium outlet network in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist guests, handle product inquiries, and process orders with POS systems, while keeping shelves stocked and display standards high.

Responsibilities include inventory monitoring, pricing checks, and supporting opening/closing procedures. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works weekends/holidays, and communicates well in English.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, café, restaurant, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Promote cakes, pastries, beverages, specials and on-going promotions
• Positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, reliable, and professional in appearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive customer service.
• Assist guests with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
• Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock management
• Ensure products are well-stocked, displayed, and presented according to company standards.
• Check product labels, pricing and expiry dates.
• Ensure all promotional items and marketing collaterals are displayed correctly and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the outlet at all times.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures.
• Support pre-order sales for cakes, hampers and festive items.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth outlet operations.
• Assist in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
