Job summary

Jora Malaysia is recruiting for entry-level beverage service roles in Kuala Lumpur. Training will be provided, and candidates should be hardworking, punctual, and able to work with a team. Experience in F&B or beverage preparation is an added advantage.

Shift work including weekends and public holidays is required; good hygiene and communication skills are essential for customer and team interactions.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages according to company recipes and SOP.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Operate the cashier/POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage station, equipment, and store.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.
• Check ingredient quality, expiry dates, and proper storage.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and Halal requirements.
• Replenish stock and assist with stock counting when required.
• Work closely with team members during busy periods.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
