Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a friendly waiter/waitress to join our bustling hotel dining team in Kuala Lumpur. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and serve meals and beverages with accuracy and a smile.

No experience is required as full training is provided; however, good communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Shifts include weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly.
• Present menus and explain food & beverage options.
• Take accurate orders and send to kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic requests.
• Clear and clean tables after guests leave.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area.
• Assist in cashiering and billing when required.
• Handle customer complaints politely and report to supervisor.
• Ensure proper table setup before service.
