Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive team member to support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include food and beverage preparation, cashier duties, inventory management, and adherence to company SOPs to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service, Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; prior experience in F&B or retail preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations focusing on food and beverage preparation, cashier operations, inventory control, and compliance with SOPs while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages daily according to company quality and safety standards.
• Operate the cashier system, process transactions accurately, and handle cash properly.
• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, maintaining optimal stock, and placing stock orders as needed.
• Maintain storage, organization and stock control to minimize wastage and shortages, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ensure daily banking duties are performed according to timeline.
