Job summary

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years in guest service may be considered.
• Experience in a hotel or customer-service environment is an advantage.
• Experience with check-in/check-out and guest enquiries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and checkout procedures and cashiering duties.
• Welcome guests on arrival and issue room keys per standards.
• Ensure members receive benefits and VIPs receive special recognition and service.
