MOXY Putrajaya is seeking a Guest Experience Expert (Door Attendant) to create memorable arrivals, departures, and moments throughout guests’ stays. You’ll be the first friendly face, welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and guiding them through hotel offerings.

Join a fast-paced, guest-focused team where you’ll arrange transportation, share local tips, and ensure a safe, welcoming entrance and lobby. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with a warm arrival experience.
• Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving the hotel.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain facilities and services.
• Explain room features, amenities, and hotel offerings.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and transportation.
• Support arrivals/departures by helping with vehicle loading/unloading.
• Arrange transportation services including taxis and rideshare.
• Provide directions and local recommendations.
• Explain parking procedures and assist with queries.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming hotel entrance and lobby.
• Deliver personalized service that creates memorable moments.
