Job summary

MOXY Putrajaya is seeking a Guest Experience Expert (Door Attendant) to create memorable arrivals, departures, and moments throughout guests’ stays. You’ll be the first friendly face, welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and guiding them through hotel offerings.

Join a fast-paced, guest-focused team where you’ll arrange transportation, share local tips, and ensure a safe, welcoming entrance and lobby. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

• Respond to guest requests promptly and coordinate with other departments.

This role is more than opening doors and handling luggage. As a Guest Experience Expert, you'll be the first friendly face guests see, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. From welcoming guests and providing local recommendations to arranging transportation and assisting with luggage, you'll help bring the Moxy experience to life.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with a warm and engaging arrival experience.
• Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the hotel.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Explain room features, amenities, and hotel offerings to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and transportation to and from guestrooms.
• Support guest arrivals and departures by assisting with vehicle loading and unloading.
• Arrange transportation services, including taxis and ride-hailing requests.
• Provide directions, local recommendations, and information about nearby attractions and activities.
• Communicate parking procedures and assist guests with transportation-related enquiries.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and coordinate with other departments when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming hotel entrance and lobby environment.
• Deliver personalized service that creates memorable moments for every guest.
