Job summary

ALLSTAR IP (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a reliable bartender to prepare beverages and provide friendly service in a fast-paced venue. You will follow the venue's recipes, maintain cleanliness, manage stock, and ensure accuracy from order to payment.

Previous bartending experience preferred; knowledge of spirits and cocktails; fast, organized and able to multitask. Honest handling of stock and payments is essential. Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of spirits, cocktails and standard bar procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Follow the venue's recipes, measurements and presentation standards.
• Maintain speed, accuracy and consistency during busy periods.
• Monitor bar stock and inform supervisors of low-stock items.
• Keep the bar, tools and equipment clean and organised.
• Process orders accurately through the POS system.
• Assist with stock counts, opening preparation and closing procedures.
• Follow hygiene, safety and responsible alcohol-service guidelines.
• Help minimise wastage, breakage and stock discrepancies.
