Job summary

Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Bellman to warmly greet guests on arrival and departure, assist with luggage, and guide them to rooms while sharing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

Ideal candidates have excellent customer service, are professional, and physically capable of lift and transit tasks. Fresh graduates are welcome; multilingual abilities are a plus. Shift work incl. nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality or customer service preferred.

What you'll be doing

• Ensure guest belongings are handled safely and securely.
• Follow hotel safety, security, and service standards

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
