Job summary

CelcomDigi Berhad is seeking a hands-on GTM & Product executive to support day-to-day execution of go-to-market plans and the product roadmap. You will work with the Head of Emerging Commerce and cross-functional teams to launch campaigns, coordinate product launches, and track performance against targets.

You will coordinate GTM campaigns, manage product backlog with stakeholders, and maintain dashboards to monitor metrics and ROI.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in telco, digital/e-commerce, FMCG, or fast-paced consumer digital business.
Experience with GTM execution, product management/coordination, or digital marketing operations.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, tech, commercial) is essential.

Responsibilities

Go-To-Market Execution: plan and launch GTM campaigns from brief to launch across sub-propositions like Kids, Travels, Savers, Students.
Coordinate with brand, performance marketing, and agency partners to land campaigns on time and on brief.
Track A&P spend, budget variances, and prepare launch timelines, RACI, and readiness checklists across stakeholders.
Product Support: manage product roadmap inputs, feature requests, and vendor/procurement coordination; translate requirements into product briefs.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: maintain dashboards (GA, activations, conversion, ROI) and conduct market scans for positioning decisions.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: coordinate between internal teams and external vendors, support procurement processes and approvals.
