Job summary

Principle Partners MY is seeking a Subscription, Strategy & Operations Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution across product, technology, marketing and operations.

You will analyze data, optimize subscription metrics, coordinate launches in Southeast Asia, manage risks, and report insights to senior management while driving customer retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in strategy or business operations.
• Experience with subscription tools RevenueCat, Superwall, Adapty, or similar.
• Knowledge of app store subscription mechanics (Google Play & App Store).
• Experience pricing for emerging markets, especially Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Roll out product and commercial initiatives across multiple markets; plan, execute, track.
• Analyze business and customer data to track performance and support decisions.
• Monitor metrics, provide reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
• Drive initiatives to improve customer retention and engagement.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and elevate where needed.
• Improve processes and reporting to enable efficient execution.
