Job summary

Mudah.my, part of Carousell Group, is seeking a Commercial Strategy & Operations Lead in Kuala Lumpur to drive the company’s commercial planning and execution. You will translate business objectives into tactical plans and ensure operational effectiveness across the function.

You will lead monetisation, GTM strategies, and cross-functional alignment, while building scalable processes and AI-enabled reporting to improve speed of insight and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in commercial strategy or related roles.
• Proven GTM planning, monetisation, and tactical execution.
• Experience mentoring small teams.
• Digital marketplace/tech background preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Strategy & Business Analysis with cross-functional input.
• Drive GTM strategies for new products and market expansions.
• Oversee Business Operations, SOPs, and automation.
• Manage User Success initiatives and KPI tracking.
