Job summary

Mudah.my is seeking a Commercial Strategy & Operations Lead to steer Mudah's commercial planning and execution across monetisation, GTM, and cross-functional alignment. You will translate business objectives into actionable plans, drive revenue opportunities, and partner with marketing, product, and finance teams to deliver results.

The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and a data-driven mindset to optimise processes and reporting through AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in commercial strategy, business operations, consulting, or hybrid role.
Proven track record in commercial planning, GTM execution, and translating objectives into tactical plans.
Experience mentoring small teams; digital marketplace/tech background preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive Mudah's commercial planning and execution, translating objectives into short-term tactical plans.
Oversee business monetisation and GTM strategies for new launches or market expansions.
Collaborate with marketing, product, sales and finance to align priorities and track performance.
Develop and automate recurring processes and reporting using AI tools and modern productivity solutions.
