SPX Express is seeking a data-driven professional to lead growth forecasting and demand modeling for daily, weekly, and monthly parcel volumes across hubs or regions.

You will drive peak season War Room planning, identifying capacity bottlenecks and implementing measures to sustain delivery lead times. The role includes formulating strategic roadmaps through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Consulting, project management or b2c internet/e-commerce experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Growth Forecasting & Demand Modeling: analyze historical data and projections to predict parcel volumes.
• Peak Season Strategy: lead War Room planning for mega-campaigns to maintain delivery lead times.
• Strategy Planning: collaborate with management to form a roadmap with data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Strategic Projects: conceptualize and implement high-impact projects like same-day or instant delivery nationwide.
