Job summary

SPX Express seeks a strategic partnerships professional in Kuala Lumpur to drive the growth of our self-collection network and locker programme. You will identify opportunities, pitch to potential partners, and manage onboarding to ensure operational readiness across locations.

You will also monitor performance, maintain key accounts, and negotiate terms to achieve cost savings while aligning with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in external relationship management for partnerships.
• Strong pitching, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
• MS Office proficiency; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to self-collection point network planning and cost optimisation.
• Identify and pitch SPX Self Collection and locker programme to potential leads and retail chains.
• Present value propositions, rollout plans, and manage end-to-end onboarding for operational readiness.
• Maintain relationships with partners, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met, and drive cost savings.
