Job summary

Grab is seeking a Manager for User Growth and Seller Programme to drive regional merchant programmes and user growth for GrabMall. The role combines translating strategy into practical seller initiatives and supporting acquisition and engagement efforts across markets.

Reporting to the Head of User Growth and Seller Programme, eCommerce, you will partner with country leads and teams to deliver high-impact programmes, align strategies, and balance regional consistency with market flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce, marketplace or growth roles.
• Strong quantitative skills and business sense.
• Experience building seller programmes and cross-market growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and roll out seller-facing programmes with clear guidelines for merchants.
• Create seller incentive programmes to drive engagement and regional growth.
• Translate seller pain points into structured problems and scalable responses.
• Coordinate with country leads and cross-functional teams to socialise and land programmes.
• Plan and execute user growth initiatives for GrabMall with Ops/Product alignment.
• Contribute to ecosystem cross-selling to convert existing users into GrabMall shoppers.
• Support campaign cadences with Marketing and Country teams.
