Job summary

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp with GrabMall, seeking a strategist to drive Seller Programme development and support user growth across markets. You will translate strategy into practical guidelines and work with country leads and teams to deliver impact.

Collaborate across Ops, Product, and Marketing to design incentives, policies, and cross-market growth initiatives that balance regional consistency with local relevance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce, marketplace, or growth roles.
• Strong quantitative skills with ability to translate analyses into business insights.
• Experience building seller or merchant programmes.
• Stakeholder management across country teams, product, and marketing.
• Knowledge of SEA market and the "Double Day" culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and roll out seller-facing programmes and policies.
• Design seller incentives to drive platform engagement and growth.
• Translate seller pain points into scalable programme responses.
• Coordinate with country leads, Ops, Product, and Marketing to socialise and land programmes.
• Plan and execute user growth initiatives for GrabMall with cross-functional teams.
