Job summary

Grab is seeking a seasoned professional to drive the regional Seller Programme and support user growth plans across GrabMall. You will translate strategy into practical seller programmes and support user acquisition and engagement across markets in the region.

The role reports to the Head of User Growth and Seller Programme, ecommerce, partnering with country teams to deliver measurable impact. You will collaborate with Ops, Product, and Marketing to ensure scalable programmes and high-velocity

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or growth roles with strong analytical ability.
• Ability to translate analyses into actionable insights for sellers and platforms.
• Proven track record in building operational policies from scratch.
• Strong stakeholder management across Ops, Product, and Marketing.
• Experience with seller/merchant programmes or cross-market growth roles is a plus.
• Localized knowledge of SEA landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and roll out seller-facing programmes and policies translating strategy into guidelines and tools.
• Design seller incentive programmes balancing regional consistency with market flexibility.
• Identify seller pain points via on-ground engagement and research and convert them into scalable solutions.
• Coordinate with country leads and cross-functional teams to socialise, refine, and land seller programmes.
• Support end-to-end user growth initiatives for GrabMall and ensure cross-functional alignment with Ops, Product, and Marketing.
• Contribute to ecosystem cross-selling to convert Grab users into GrabMall shoppers.
• Assist with high-velocity campaign cadences in partnership with Marketing and Country teams.
