Grab is seeking a Manager for User Growth and Seller Programme to drive regional merchant programmes and user growth for GrabMall. The role combines translating strategy into practical seller initiatives and supporting acquisition and engagement efforts across markets.
Reporting to the Head of User Growth and Seller Programme, eCommerce, you will partner with country leads and teams to deliver high-impact programmes, align strategies, and balance regional consistency with market flexibility.

Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a professional to drive Grab's regional Seller Programme and support user growth plans across GrabMall. This role combines two complementary responsibilities: translating strategy into practical seller programmes that are easy for merchants to understand and adopt, and supporting user acquisition and engagement strategies that grow the GrabMall shopper base.
This role reports to the Head of User Growth and Seller Programme, eCommerce, and will partner with various stakeholders across markets in the region to deliver programmes with real impact.
