Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Business Marketing Specialist (Direct Selling) to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive sales growth and distributor recruitment.

You will plan, coordinate, and conduct training programs, workshops, and business presentations for distributors and prospects, and create engaging content across social media. Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English to support a diverse distributor network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Direct Selling, MLM, Network Marketing, or related industries.
• Proven experience in training delivery, distributor engagement, and business development support.
• Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (spoken and written) to support a diverse distributor network.
• Strong content creation, event management, and marketing campaign execution skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media management tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel and support business events, trainings, and distributor activities as required.
• Experience working with direct selling companies, network marketing organizations, or distributor-based businesses.
• Knowledge of direct selling industry regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to support sales growth and distributor recruitment.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct training programs, workshops, and business presentations for distributors and prospects.
• Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and distributor engagement.
• Support field leaders and distributors with marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and business development activities.
• Organize sales events, roadshows, product launches, and business opportunity meetings.
• Monitor campaign performance, social media metrics, and market trends to recommend improvements.
• Assist in developing communication strategies and promotional materials in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to drive retention, motivation, and business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
