Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Growth & Partnerships Manager in Kuala Lumpur to work with ambitious startups and founders in the Web3 and crypto space. The role starts in a client-facing capacity, focusing on account management, then evolving into a strategic BD role to forge partnerships and drive new business across the ecosystem.

You will engage with Web3 founders, investors, and ecosystem players, leveraging a strong network and high EQ to scale portfolio opportunities in a fast-moving startup

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of full-time BD, partnerships, or B2B account management.
• Background in a Web3 startup, crypto exchange, or VC preferred.
• Warm Rolodex of Web3 founders, builders, and investors.

Responsibilities

• Founder Success & Advisory: advise founders on scaling operations, GTM strategies, and tokenomics models.
• Ecosystem Expansion: build high-value channel partnerships with VCs, incubators, accelerators, and Layer 1/Layer 2 foundations to generate inbound deal flow.
• Strategic Networking: build relationships with stakeholders, market makers, and exchanges to acquire new enterprise accounts.
• Market Intelligence: research Web3 developments and token models to provide actionable insights during client consultations.
