Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Finance and Accounts Division.
• Provide leadership in financial strategies to achieve growth and profit objectives.
• Oversee budgeting and month-end processes; coordinate Group Financial Statements and Board Reports.
• Track financial status and performance; identify areas for improvement.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and management reporting packs for the Managing Director.
• Lead and coordinate junior staff workflows and deliver full set of accounts.
• Prepare weekly performance reporting including churn and retention metrics.
• Support ad-hoc analyses for future business development.
