Job summary

Beyond Techlink Limited in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist for the SUGO App to identify high-potential marketing channels across Malaysia and Singapore, and to craft actionable growth strategies grounded in local market insights.

You will own partnerships with marketing agencies, KOLs, and other external partners, develop SOPs, manage SUGO's social media ecosystem, and plan campaigns to drive user acquisition and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia with strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience in marketing, MCN, KOLs, or digital marketing agencies with established networks.
• Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to translate goals into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify high-potential marketing channels in Malaysia and Singapore to scale male user acquisition, and provide actionable growth strategies based on deep industry knowledge and local market insights
• Own partnerships with marketing agencies, KOLs, and other external partners to drive male user acquisition
• Develop, optimize, and execute relevant policies and SOPs to achieve both user growth and cost-efficiency targets
• Build and manage SUGO's official social media ecosystem to strengthen brand awareness and establish clear brand positioning among target user segments
• Plan and execute online and offline campaigns and events to drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness

About you

• Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong communication skills in both written and verbal communication
• Experience in marketing, MCN, KOL, or digital marketing agencies, with an established network and resources among KOLs, content creators, and marketing agencies
• Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down business goals into clear strategies, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes
• Hands-on experience in building projects from 0 to 1, with a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and resilience
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and challenges, and willing to experiment, learn from failures, and continuously iterate
• Strong documentation and administrative skills, with the ability to handle proposals, reports, SOPs, contracts, campaign plans, and other business-related documentation in a clear and organized manner
