Job summary

Huawei Consumer Business Group in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Specialist to analyze China outbound business revenue, user behavior, product sales and trends, and to drive revenue growth through data-driven pricing, positioning and promotional strategies. You will plan regional campaigns, manage outbound product operations and develop dashboards to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in internet business with data growth, campaigns and user insights.
• Familiar with OTA/travel platforms or roaming telecom operations.
• Strong problem discovery, data-driven mindset and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese communication.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work regionally across teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze China outbound revenue, user behavior, product sales and purchasing trends.
• Develop data-driven pricing, positioning, recommendations to boost conversion and ARPPU.
• Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns and user engagement initiatives.
• Manage outbound product operations: configuration, promo pages, in-app exposure, push notifications.
• Develop dashboards, reports and presentations to monitor KPIs and guide decisions.
• Identify and onboard regional telco operators, suppliers, and partners.
• Analyze costs and supplier terms to improve cost efficiency.
