You will gain hands-on experience across Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, helping drive customer acquisition for POEMS Mobile 3 and POEMS.com.sg, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging data to optimize campaigns

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or related fields.
• Strong interest in performance marketing for mobile apps.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising channels; training provided.
• Comfortable with data and analytics dashboards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fintech and growth in customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Support app marketing to drive installs and engagement.
• Coordinate with Marketing Communications, Creative, Data, Product, and Sales.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using Looker Studio, Dataslayer, Gemini, and Co-Pilot.
• Assist in A/B testing and CRO on landing pages and onboarding flows.
• Maintain performance dashboards and track KPIs like CAC and conversion rates.
• Conduct market research to identify new channels and opportunities.
• Support CRM initiatives to improve campaign relevance and engagement.
• Contribute ideas for content, campaigns, and tactical improvements.
• Participate in team learning sessions and promote data-driven decisions.
