Job summary

Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad is seeking an experienced manager to oversee agency KPIs and guide a team of agency members in a dynamic insurance and takaful environment. The role focuses on supervising strategic action plans, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and driving recruitment initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in insurance or takaful, at least 3 years of related experience including 1 year in a managerial capacity, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or related insurance & takaful qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience with at least 1 year of managerial role.
• Proficient knowledge of insurance & takaful industry operations and products.
• Strong knowledge of retention strategies and management of key accounts in the insurance & takaful industry.
• Good track record in achieving sales target and be adept in agency distribution.
• Right attitude and team-working attributes.
• Must be meticulous with the ability to work under pressure.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Good communication & presentation skills, pleasant personality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise agency KPIs and strategic action plans.
• Attend to agency doubts, concerns and problems and provide solutions.
• Provide guidance and enforce guidelines among agency members.
• Motivate agency members to recruit new agents.
• Train Agency Leaders to promote agents to future leaders.
• Support launches and events for agency networks.
• Prepare weekly planning and monthly reports.
