Job summary

SONAX Malaysia is seeking a driven Business Development & Sales Manager to grow the SONAX brand across Malaysia, strengthening trade channels and expanding direct‑to‑consumer reach. The role blends B2B relationship building with B2C and e‑commerce growth, including Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.

You will lead plans to expand sales, onboard new partners, manage the pipeline from leads to closure, and drive promotions with channel partners, while traveling within Malaysia as required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, business development or account management.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• CRM proficiency and disciplined sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to grow SONAX's sales and market presence in Malaysia.
• Identify, prospect and onboard new B2B partners, including dealerships and retailers.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers and channel partners; assess needs and tailor commercial offers.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to onboarding and follow‑ups.
• Grow B2C sales through SONAX online store and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Develop channel‑specific sales initiatives and support product launches and promotions.
• Track sales performance, pipeline activity and forecasts; maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a consistent customer experience and hit targets.
• Represent the SONAX brand professionally in meetings and events.
