Job summary

TDCX is building a new AI-powered B2B SaaS business and seeks a Growth Lead to shape demand generation, partnerships, and the GTM engine. You will own campaigns, CRM, and agency relationships while launching the first 100+ customers.

You will work directly with the General Manager for AI Solutions, driving growth strategies and cross-functional collaboration. This is startup-ownership within an established global company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads and other digital acquisition campaigns.
• CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred), including automation, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Experience managing agencies, strategic partners, or channel relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch growth campaigns across paid and organic channels in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Build scalable outbound programs with multi-touch sequences.
• Own CRM, lead journeys, and reporting dashboards to optimize pipeline.
• Manage agency partnerships and expand the agency partner ecosystem.
• Work with designers and partners to create high-performing assets and messaging.
• Monitor KPI dashboards and present insights to leadership.
