Job summary

TDCX is building a new AI-powered B2B SaaS business and seeks a Growth Lead to shape how we acquire customers, form partnerships, and scale our go-to-market engine. You’ll own demand generation from strategy to execution, launching campaigns and managing partnerships to fuel early growth.

You’ll work directly with the General Manager for AI Solutions and design the foundation for our growth engine, including CRM implementation and performance dashboards, with an initial target of 100+

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and other digital acquisition campaigns.
• Strong experience with outbound prospecting tools and multi-touch sales sequences.
• CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred), including automation, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Experience managing agencies or channel partners; digital agency background is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for ads, outreach, and content.
• Data-driven mindset with analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Builder's mentality; thrives in ambiguity and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across digital channels.
• Build scalable outbound programs with modern prospecting sequences.
• Manage agency partnerships and growth partner ecosystem.
• Own CRM workflows, lead journeys, and reporting dashboards.
• Create compelling campaign messages and assets with designers and agencies.
• Monitor pipeline performance, CAC, conversions, and ROI; report insights.
