Job summary

OYO Rooms Hospitality Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Relationship Manager / Revenue Lead in Malaysia to manage and grow a portfolio of partner properties.

You will build strong relationships with patrons and stakeholders while focusing on revenue growth, availability optimization, churn reduction and winback initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills, commercial acumen, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to execute business goals under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management, account management or sales.
• Experience onboarding new properties or partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to track and interpret account performance metrics.
• Revenue-focused mindset with growth opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-volume patrons to drive growth and meet company objectives.
• Identify, pitch, and onboard new properties onto the platform as a key growth metric.
• Manage a portfolio of properties and ensure healthy performance across availability, revenue and engagement.
• Measure and analyze metrics: room availability, property performance, revenue trends, churn and winbacks.
• Ensure room availability across the portfolio and resolve issues leading to sold-out status or inactive inventory.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with patrons aligning with company goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, activation, revenue growth and issue resolution.
