OYO Rooms Hospitality Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Relationship Manager / Revenue Lead to grow a portfolio of partner properties and deepen patron relationships across Malaysia.

You will drive revenue growth, optimize room availability, reduce churn, and onboard new properties onto the platform. The role requires strong relationship management, commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to execute business goals under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in relationship management, account management, revenue management, business development, or sales.
• Strong ability to acquire and onboard new properties or business partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical ability to track and interpret account performance metrics.
• Revenue-focused mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving approach with strong ownership and execution discipline.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, OTA, real estate, or platform business will be preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with high-volume patrons to drive growth and meet company objectives.
• Identify, pitch, and onboard new properties onto the platform as a key business growth metric.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned properties and ensure healthy performance across availability, revenue, and patron engagement.
• Measure, track, and analyze key account metrics including room availability, property performance, revenue trends, churn, and winbacks.
• Ensure room availability across the assigned portfolio and proactively resolve issues leading to sold-out status or inactive inventory.
• Assess reasons for churn and engage with patrons to educate them on OYO’s solutions and value proposition.
• Drive winback of properties that have gone sold-out, inactive, or churned from the platform.
• Grow company revenue by encouraging patrons to opt in for relevant value-added services that can improve their overall business performance.
• Act as a support function for patrons by understanding their needs, resolving concerns, and suggesting practical business solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with patrons while ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Manage multiple patrons simultaneously and ensure timely fulfillment of each patron’s goals and business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, activation, revenue growth, and issue resolution for properties.
