Job summary

M-PLAN SDN. BHD. is seeking a Digital Marketing Leader to drive brand awareness, engagement, leads and growth across channels. You will lead a creative, commercially minded team, set strategy and execute plans with hands-on market execution.

The role requires 5+ years in digital marketing, strong leadership, fluency in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a track record of delivering measurable ROI through Meta, Google and TikTok ads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in digital marketing, with 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Must be fluent in Chinese; good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Marketing Department to achieve marketing objectives and KPIs.
• Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
• Set team priorities, allocate resources and monitor performance.
• Lead, coach and develop the digital marketing team.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for Management.
• Manage social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and others.
